1. Membership Management module

This modules manages 2 types of membership: individual and institutional membership.

For individual membership you have the flexibility to create your own membership hierarchy where you can have different categories with different set of eligibility criteria and membership fees. During registration of new member, these eligibility criteria will be checked and verified by the system before the new members are allowed to be registered. Special rights can also be assigned to specific users to override these criteria when needed.

Membership management module handles multiple types of membership application including new membership, reinstatement, renewal, change of category, deregistration caused by non-payment and voluntary termination. Each of these processes is wizard driven which guide the users through a step by step process which minimizes typo and unwanted errors due to user’s carelessness. These wizards can be easily tuned to emulate your organization workflow processes that incorporate specific business logics in order for the function to perform to your liking.

Our membership management module is tightly integrated with the accounts receivable module in providing the billing facility. The system allows user to select 2 mode of payment, i.e. whether it is paid by individual or sponsored by the organisations.
