2. Training Management Module

This module supports the whole cycle of the training process, from programme planning and budgeting to programme scheduling, registration right up to CPE points tracking and certification.

Generally training management module allows you to create public events or in-house training programmes, facilitates course budgets and schedules, plan and manage resources including conflict check for resource allocation. Our Training Management module lets you allocate your training budget efficiently to address your needs. The integrated reporting system and advanced evaluation methodologies help control training costs and improve overall quality significantly. The core functions it handles are class scheduling, registration, resource management, attendance tracking and student satisfaction evaluation. 

Given each student attending the class has access to the administration system, the ability to rate each question is provided on-line. Once the student class evaluations are complete, the Administration System automatically accumulates the responses into a frequency distribution at the question level (i.e. 2 respond “Poor”, 5 respond “Good” for a particular question).  An overall rating can be recorded for each question and an overall rating can be recorded at the class level.

The Training Management module is designed to take the headache out of scheduling large training program rollouts. The resource management functions helps big companies and organizations schedule and manage training for large program rollouts in finite time periods typically necessary when implementing enterprise-wide training programs such as financial applications or organization-wide safety training programs, etc.  Conferences and instructor-led courses and other capacity constrained courses can be planned for and managed through the administration capabilities.  The software supports setting capacity limits on course sessions.





Optionally, waitlists can be provided that can automatically notify a student when an opening in the class occurs as well as enrolling them in the course.   If a student registers for a course that is full and chooses to be waitlisted, the system notifies them if any substitutions are available and can automatically send e-mail notifications of openings. Notices can be sent on a recurring basis if desired.

In addition, a manager or administrator with the appropriate permissions can override and approve a student for a course, move someone off the waitlist, or shift enrollment priorities.

Course curriculum can specify suggested alternatives so that if one course is full, another can be enrolled in that meets the same educational goal.

The solution manages your training processes transparently and efficiently, from the analysis of your internal training needs to the development of course content and schedule planning for classes. The integrated workflow management automates your correspondence with participants and trainers. An overview of the training history for all employees and participants is also available.

You can also process enrolment for members and non-members, track assignments and assessments results, process billing and generate certificates and reports.
