3. Qualification Management Module

This module lets you effectively maintain any industry-focused professional qualifications and certifications that continually build on the knowledge and skills. It comes with a powerful engine for planning of the examination sessions that comes with logistic management (e.g. venue and invigilators management); registration of exam candidates; processing of results and ability to generate reports for council endorsement.

The built in filtering engine enable the system to identify the eligibility of the enrolled participants. Each examination paper can be assigned a set of prerequisite rules that need to be fulfilled before participants are allowed to enrol to the examination.

Examination rules that such as number of repetition and validity period can be easily configured in the system.

The logistic management function will help users to organize and prepare the necessary materials such as invigilators, exam paper, answer sheet and stationary. A checklist can be generated to assists users in planning the necessary resources for each examination centres.

The system powerful results processing feature allows user to define multiple section within an examination paper with different types of questions, ie multiple choice or subjective questions.

The system also provides facility to import participants’ multiple-choice answers to be matched and graded. This automated feature allows users to define multiple grade scheme for each examination paper and grades will be assigned by the system based on the defined rules once the marks are finalise.
